The terms and conditions applies to all the goods purchased at the facitily. The fitness classes which Crossfit Amber Valley provides, whether on a contract, or drop-in basis. You are entering a contract with us on these terms when we sign up your membership or goods purchased in our shop.
Your monthly membership will automatically be taken on the 1st of every month on a rolling contract, unless you notify us in writing that you wish to cancel. See cancellation policy for more details.
Your participation in activities at the gym is subject to completion of a ParQ. All users of the facility are advised to seek medical advice before undertaking strenuous physical activity. We reserve the right to refuse access to any member, in our absolute discretion, we consider that their health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of our facility.
We reserve the right to make alterations to the opening times, timetable and gym facility. We will endeavour to give you 30 days notice wherever necessary.
Under 16 years old and you must attend the facility accompanied by an adult.
Members are required to give us notice of any changes of home address or email address and contact numbers. We may communicate with members electronically if you have given consent to do this. You accept the risk that email may not be a secure and confidential means of communication. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of communicating with a member via email.

Membership Cancellation Policy:
You may terminate your monthly membership on giving us 30 days written notice to that effect. Refunds will not be issued for partial months and you will pay a further 30 days membership from the day you cancel.
You may buy a new membership, book or reschedule sessions via your personal account or in person at our facility.
Class Cancellation Policy:
Sessions are booked on a first come first served basis. You may use the waiting list facility on the booking system. If you are unable to attend a class, you will need to cancel booking no less than 60 minutes before the start time and you will receive a full refund (if the session has been charged) Cancellations must be made on line in your personal account.
Late cancellations, those withn 60 minutes of the class start time will be classed as a "no show" and refunds will not be made in these circumstances.
Priority will be given to the members on the waiting list and any remaining spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
The booking and cancellation Policy applies to all members and any other users of the gym.
At Crossfit Amber Valley we are here to help you exercise safely. We allow you to decide how often you exercise with us, however we ask that you dont exercise beyond your abilities. Our staff are qualified to meet the industry standards and we are will advise to all members on pacing their exercise.
All the equipment is of safe working use and the facility is risk assessed with daily checks to maintain a safe exercising environment. Please be aware of any warning notices or rules and instructions throughout the facility. Our facility is accessible for all users but every effort will be made to meet members needs if access is not suitable.
If you are concerned that you have a medical condition which may affect you whilst exercising, please seek medical advice from a medical professional before continuing to use the facility. You should let us know if you feel ill, our staff members who are first aid trained will be available to help.

A member may not attend any session at the facility without first paying for the relevant session.
Payments for any sessions, courses, retail and gift certificates in any amount are non refundable and non exchangeable unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions or return's policy.
If an induction or one of the monthly drop in packages are purchased and are partly used there will be no refund available for the remaining sessions.
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused retail goods, as long as you return them to us within 7 working days of purchase.
When you contact CrossFitAmberValley www.crossfitambervalley.co.uk via our website (by completing a form) or sending us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org we consider that you have given us permission to safely store your personal information, so we can supply you with information or services that you have requested. You may opt out by replying "unsubscribe" at any time.
CrossFit Amber Valley will not share or distribute your information to any third parties unless required to do so by law.
