Crossfit programming is constantly varied functional movements consisting of weightlifting, gymnastics, rowing and lots more. The varied programming is performed at high intensity, working endurance, strength, speed, stamina, power, flexibility, balance, agility, accuracy and co-ordination.
If you have never tried crossfit before, dont worry all the exercises are scaleable and you are coached throughout the workouts. The Induction and taster sessions consists of small group sessions, you will learn all the fundamental movements to perform the crossfit classes.
